This project is a room addition and kitchen remodel. Within the addition the front steps, patio and side entry way were all rebuilt. The side of the home was made handicap accessible and iron work was fabricated to match the existing iron on the driveway. (Iron photos to come)

The goal for this home; built in the 1920's was to keep its original architecture represented in the

Jane's Cottage Historical Area.

This home was built in the 1920's and had many foundation issues due to erosion & poor prior construction repairs.
